Welcome to AerosFair. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and products offered by AerosFair ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all agreements, offers, and deliveries of AerosFair, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any deviations only apply if explicitly confirmed by us.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • User: The natural or legal person using AerosFair's services.

  • Agreement: Every arrangement or legal relationship between AerosFair and the User.

  • Services: All products, software, and support offered by AerosFair.

3. Use of Services

  • Registration: A user account is required for certain services. You must provide correct and current information.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and technologies on our website remain the property of AerosFair, unless otherwise stated.

  • Responsibility: Users are responsible for the security of their account and compliance with applicable laws when using our services.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Rates: The prices of our services are stated in euros and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payment Term: Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Non-payment: In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge additional costs and/or suspend access to the services.

  • Adjustments: AerosFair reserves the right to change prices. Users will be notified in advance of any price increases.

5. Delivery and Cancellation

  • Delivery Times: The delivery times stated by us are indicative. We strive for timely delivery but cannot guarantee it.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation costs may apply.

  • Force Majeure: AerosFair is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government measures.

6. Warranty and Support

  • Warranty Period: AerosFair offers a warranty period of 12 months on its products, unless otherwise stated.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

7. Liability

  • Exclusion of Liability: AerosFair is not liable for indirect damage, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant service.

  • User Obligations: Users are obligated to take reasonable precautions to prevent damage.

  • Investigation of Claims: AerosFair is not liable for claims or allegations mentioned on the website that still need to be further investigated or confirmed.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can read therein how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

AerosFair reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. We advise you to regularly check the Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

  • Choice of Law: These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

  • Disputes: Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where AerosFair is established.

11. Complaints Procedure

  • Submitting Complaints: Complaints about our services can be submitted in writing via our contact details.

  • Response Term: We strive to respond to complaints within 14 days.

  • Solution: In consultation with the User, we look for a suitable solution.
