  • Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and technologies on our website remain the property of AerosFair unless stated otherwise.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Rates: Our service prices are listed in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date.

  • Non-Payment: In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge additional fees and/or suspend access to the services.

  • Adjustments: AerosFair reserves the right to change prices. Users will be notified in advance of any price increases.

5. Delivery and Cancellation

  • Delivery Times: The delivery times we provide are indicative. We strive for timely delivery but cannot guarantee it.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply.

  • Force Majeure: AerosFair is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government measures.

6. Warranty and Support

  • Warranty Period: AerosFair offers a 12-month warranty on its products, unless stated otherwise.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Support: For technical support, contact our customer service via the contact details at the end of these Terms.

7. Liability

  • Exclusion of Liability: AerosFair is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant service.

  • User Obligations: Users must take reasonable precautions to prevent damage.

  • Investigation of Claims: AerosFair is not liable for claims or statements listed on the website that require further investigation or confirmation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

AerosFair reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. We recommend reviewing the Terms regularly.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • Choice of Law: These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

  • Disputes: Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where AerosFair is established.
